This is a focused, 12-week coaching experience built for driven individuals and busy professionals who want visible results without guesswork. Over 90 days, we’ll dial in your training, clean up your nutrition, and add the structure and accountability needed to ensure you actually follow through.

6 Month Elite Coaching Program

This our highest level coaching experience—built for individuals who want more than a short-term transformation. Over 6 months, we go beyond quick results and build a leaner, stronger, more sustainable lifestyle with structure, precision, and long-term accountability.

Designed for those ready to fully commit, this program gives you the time, support, and strategy needed to not only transform your body—but maintain it.

  • 2–3 in-depth check-ins per week for elevated accountability and faster results

  • Detailed feedback, form reviews, and direct coaching access

  2. I’ll review your application within 24–48 hours,  to see if you’re a good fit for MG Coaching and determine which program makes the most sense.

  3. If we’re a good fit, I’ll email you with:

    • A brief follow‑up (if needed)

    • A private payment link for the our Coaching Program

    • Instructions to access the coaching app and get started

  4. If I don’t think it’s the right fit, I’ll let you know and, if possible, point you in the right direction.
