1. What is MG Coaching and who is it for?
MG Coaching is a personal training and fitness coaching service for people who want real, sustainable results—not quick fixes.  I work with busy professionals who are ready to commit to getting stronger, leaner, and more confident through structured coaching.

2. Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. You don’t need to “get fit” before you work with us. I meet you where you are, adjust your program to your current level, and safely progress you over time - whether you’re a beginner or already lifting.

3. What does a typical program include?

Both the 90 Day Transformation and 6 Month Elite Coaching include customized strength training, cardio guidance, simple nutrition targets, and habit coaching. Everything is tailored to your goals, schedule, and experience level.

4. How soon will I see results?
Everyone is different, but many clients start feeling changes in energy, strength, and confidence within a few weeks—especially when they stay consistent with training, nutrition, and sleep. Visible changes in body composition usually build across the full 90 days and beyond.

5. Do you provide nutrition guidance too?
Yes. We focus on realistic, sustainable nutrition habits—like protein intake, balanced meals, and smarter food choices—rather than strict meal plans or extreme diets.

6. What if I have past injuries or limitations?
We take injuries and limitations seriously. Your plan can be modified around your needs, and we’ll focus on safe movement patterns and smart progressions so you can train with confidence.

7. How does online coaching with MG Coaching work?
You start by filling out the Coaching Application form. If you’re accepted, we’ll choose the best fit between the 90 Day Transformation and 6 Month Elite Coaching. You’ll receive a customized training plan, clear nutrition guidance, and regular check‑ins online. You’ll track your workouts and progress, and we’ll adjust your plan as you go.

8. Do I need a gym membership for online coaching?
Not necessarily. We can build your program around a commercial gym, a home gym, or basic equipment. We’ll design your plan based on what you have access to.

9. How do we stay in touch?
We communicate online through scheduled check‑ins and messaging for questions, form feedback, and adjustments. You’ll always know what to do next and never feel like you’re on your own.

10. What kind of commitment do I need to make?
I recommend committing to at least 12 weeks of consistent training and nutrition habits. That’s why the 90 Day Transformation is the starting point for most clients, and many continue into 6 Month Elite Coaching for deeper, longer‑term results. Real change takes time, and this window gives us enough space to build momentum, make smart adjustments, and create results you can actually maintain.
